Zhengzhou, China — Zhengzhou Shenghong Heavy Industry offers a 10 t/H organic fertilizer production line that converts fermented animal manure and agricultural waste into granular bio-organic fertilizer with a granulation rate above 98%. The plant is designed for continuous operation and full automatic control.

From Organic Waste to Premium Fertilizer

The line processes fermented organic substances into high quality bio-organic fertilizer. After proper fermentation, collected chicken manure is mixed with straw powder and a starter to form compost, which is then granulated into uniform, ball shape granules. The finished product contains organic acids, peptides and essential nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium.
